Leadership
Mara Leeann & Cashmere - the foundation of CASLAN.

Founder & Managing Director

Mara Leeann Hayes founded CASLAN Site Services with a background in structured operations, regulatory compliance, and field-level execution.

CASLAN itself was built from something personal  — created by a single founder with a vision of independence, legacy, and long-term growth.  The name reflects that foundation, merging Mara Leeann and her Labradoodle, Cashmere, into the brand's name — representing loyalty, consistency, and a standard that doesn't cut corners.

She studied business at Texas A&M University and earned her degree in Communication and Political Science from Sam Houston State University. She completed graduate legal studies at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, with advanced academic focus in contracts, compliance frameworks, and procedural systems.

A seventh-generation member of a Texas ranching family, Mara Leeann was raised in an environment defined by land management, operational discipline, and long-term asset stewardship. With a father active in both real estate transactions and multi-generational ranch operations, she developed early fluency in property valuation, transactional structure, and investment protection — principles that continue to inform her approach to site operations.

Prior to founding CASLAN, she served as an Investigator for Clark County in Central Las Vegas, managing complex caseloads under statutory timelines and regulatory oversight. The role required structured documentation, multi-party coordination, risk assessment, and defensible decision-making under pressure.

Often recognized on-site alongside her Labradoodle, Cashmere, Mara Leeann has become a memorable and trusted presence in the field — combining disciplined execution with a level of approachability that clients remember.

That same disciplined framework defines CASLAN Construction Cleaning today: clearly defined scope parameters, timeline accountability, inspection-ready turnover standards, and professional site conduct aligned with builder and developer expectations.
